Positive: Clean and newly renovated apartments. The location is good, close to the center and to "Kotvata" thermal pools.
Negative: Unfortunately, the description of the property does not match reality. The listing mentions a private kitchen, seating area, and washing machine. However, the kitchen is shared among four units, there is no seating area in the apartment, and the washing machine is located in a locked storage area. When we requested to use it, we were told it was out of order. The owner agreed to wash our laundry at his own home for an additional charge. In addition, we booked two apartments because we were traveling as parents with three children. In our reservation we specifically requested adjacent units and even mentioned the ages of the kids. Despite this, we were given one spacious apartment on the second floor and another much smaller, oddly shaped apartment on the ground floor. This was quite disappointing, as we booked the property expecting the facilities and arrangements described in the listing.
