LOCATION: Located on N Broad St & Callowhill St, 10 minutes walking distance to Philadelphia Convention Center and Chinatown. One block from the subway station (Spring Garden/Race Vine), a few blocks from the train station (Jefferson/Suburban). You will get to many places in a short distance - Philadelphia City Hall, Reading Terminal Market, The Love Park, Barnes Foundation, Eastern State Penitentiary, Independence Hall, Liberty Bell, The Met, PhilaMOCA, Union Transfer, Underground Arts, Penn's Landing, Old City, etc.
PARKING: Several paid parking garages at a maximum of $26 overnight charge ($12 for SAT & SUN) are located next to the apartment building. Paid street parking is available at $2.5/hr. Free street parking is also available from 7 pm to 7 am (All day FREE on SUN) near the apartment but not guaranteed as it is limited to the occupation in the street itself. Be sure to read all posted signs before parking.
TRANSPORTATION: We are conveniently located only one block from the subway station (Spring Garden - BSL/ Race Vine - BSL), a few blocks from Jefferson Station and bus station (2, 4, 16 & BSO), which takes you up and down the entire Center City. Uber and Lyft are highly recommend to use around Center City because parking is a headache.
EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT: Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.

Summary: Nice place, very convenient for the convention center. Surprised there weren't many restaurants in the immediate vicinity but there are within reasonable walking distance. Kitchen is very convenient. Bed is comfortable. Very nice place.
