Summary: There was a bit of confusion upon our arrival of which was our side of the house. When we figured out which side we found out there was still someone in the house. Speaking with the owner it turns out he was not expecting us on the day we arrived. He stated he has made it clear to VRBO that he wants a day between renters. He was still cleaning the other apartment and so no apartment was ready for our arrival. We had to wait an extra hour. Ended up getting the other apartment and not the one we had originally requested. They were similar but not the same. In the end it worked out. Was not impressed to share the tub / shower with some bugs both mornings. Maybe that is normal in the south. The three gun shots outside the house at 01:00 on our first night was a bit unnerving for this combat vet.
