Summary: Good location and lots of nice touches. Property mgmt good. Owner not as good. Problems w garage gate that wasn’t properly addressed by nor communicated about by owner. Beds comfortable and some nice e touches like pool towels and snacks. Need more instruction: how to use tv; where are the dumpsters and how to operate garage gate.
