Welcome to this single level 4 bedroom and 3 bath home in the highly rated community of Solana!
Guarded and gated this community offers everything you need for an amazing family vacation just 10 miles to Walt Disney World.
As you enter the home you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal in. Dishes, pots and pans, cutlery are all provided.
In addition to all major appliances, a toaster, coffee maker and more are all provided. Relax in the living room and enjoy a movie on the cable TV or surf the Internet
with the complimentary Wi-fi.
Outside which is the highlight of this beautiful home is a private swimming pool, spa and a safety fence around the pool if you have little ones.
The pool and spa can be heated in the cooler months for an extra charge and the pool area faces East. In the garage you will find a pool table for hours of fun with the whole family.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, dresser, night stands, TV, ceiling fan and private bathroom. The bathroom offers a soaking tub, separate shower, toilet and walk in closet.
The second bedroom also an ensuite offers a Queen size bed, dresser, night stands, TV, ceiling fan and private bathroom. The bathroom offers a Tub/Shower combo and toilet.
The third bedroom offers 2 Twin size beds, dresser, TV and ceiling fan.

The community pool is heating during the winter months and there are plenty of loungers and cabanas around the swimming pool. You can also add pool heating to your private swimming pool and spa for a surcharge.

Summary: Wonderful host. Very responsive & accommodating. Safe, quiet neighborhood, close to Disney parks. Pool heated well, so we were able to swim even when it wasn’t that warm out. Good starter supplies, & plenty of towels.
