Wonderful suite room in a beautiful apartment just renovated! The room (€ 390 all included) is extremely bright and fully equipped with brand new furniture. It is equipped with a comfortable armchair to watch your TV in the room.
The apartment is located in Via Savorgnana, 18 on the second floor of of a building with elevator. Great location a 2 minute walk from Duomo of Udine. Aperitif in the center? You just need to go down the stairs. The bus stop is a few step form the building. Are you in full session of exams and do not want to move? The supermarket is a fiew minutes walk. Parking for bicycles.
The apartment has been completely renovated, it consists of 6 single rooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen with new furniture and veranda! What does all inclusive? Monthly rent + expenses + Heating + waste fee + electricity bill, water and gas + INTERNET.
