Stay in our charming & relaxing two bedroom back house unit with full bathroom. Equipped with wifi, Smart TV(Ready for your NetFlix or Hulu login), AC, full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, coffeemaker, air fryer and dishwasher.
Note that washer and dryer is shared.
**Due to heating warning ⚠ the AC can't adjust below 70 degrees, if the AC system keeps running 24/7 itwillbebroken.**

As far as bringing a pet, we can not accept pets that are vicious breed dogs and or animals that are not fully potty trained or will possibly scratch furniture. We have some new furniture inside and will have to do a close inspection before and after to make sure there is no damage which we have to consider in regards to the security deposit, including smell or hair. Guests should be able to clean any hair out before leaving.
