Not only is this condo a ski in/ski out property conveniently located 150 meters away from the ski hill, it is also walking distance to Trickle Creek golf course and within a 30 min radius to many other amazing 18 hole championship golf courses (Bootleg Gap, St. Eugene, Shadow Mountain, Kimberley Golf Club, Wildstone, Fairmount Riverside etc). A large private heated outdoor storage locker is located conveniently right outside your door for all of your ski gear and golf clubs.
With a private hot-tub and cozy stone fire place, you are sure to feel relaxed after a long day on the hill. You will also enjoy your sleep on the brand new mattresses with fresh new bedding.
With plenty of room for you and your guests, there are queen size beds in both bedrooms on the main floor. One main floor bedroom is equipped with it's own en-suite bathroom while the other main floor bedroom has a full bath just across the hall. In the upper loft you'll find another queen bed, an en-suite bath with his and her sinks, two additional pull out couches and an entertainment center. The loft can be used as the perfect master bedroom or the kids retreat.
