Holiday cottage with swimming pool and good location close to the ocean at Saltum Strand. The pool area has tiled floors and large pool of approx. 18 m2 with swimming coach and water slide. Please note the pool is heated with a heat pump. There is a 2 person whirlpool and sauna for 6 people. Well equipped kitchen with all appliances such as cooker, microwave oven, coffee maker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The living room is comfortable and cosy furnished, heated by electric heating and the cosy wood-burning stove, which can be rotated so it can heat in several directions. The house is also equipped with a DVD player, stereo set with CD player and TV. There are four bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds and one with two bunk beds. There are two bathrooms with toilet, wash basin, shower and underfloor heating. The house is equipped with washing machine, dryer, high chair and cot. The areas around the house invites for walks both in the dunes and on the beach. The house is located on a 1750 m2 plot approx. 900 m from the North Sea. There are large terraces around the house with good opportunities to find shelter.
