Positive: Big garden, easy access to town. Lovely neighbours.
Negative: There was only 1 working radiator, in the middle of the downstairs, so it could be a little cold upstairs. The quilt on the bed was paper thin, the bath needed cleaning before I used it. Everything felt very dated and lived in, the sofa in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. A lot of the cooking equipment was dirty and needed washing.
Summary: Very reasonably priced, but also very basic.
