Presented is a modern and tastefully decorated two bedroom holiday home in Medmerry Park. The property has an ideal position as it's on the edge of the site, with nearby parking and close to the site amenities. It's well equipped for a self-catering holiday as well as a TV in the lounge and main bedroom. Wifi as an added extra. Decking on two sides of the property means that you'll be able to enjoy the calmness of Medmerry outside. The property sleeps 6 and is pet friendly.
Please bring your own linen and towels and leave it clean and tidy. These services are available at an extra cost. Duvets and pillows supplied.

This is a unique Holiday chalet park in Earnley 8 miles south of Chichester, West Sussex. The beach gate is only a 3-minute stroll to the 7 miles of peaceful unspoilt pebble/wet sand beaches of Bracklesham Bay.

From the edge of Chichester Harbour and ending at Selsey, Bracklesham Bay starts with a place of outstanding natural beauty (East Head & the Harbour) and ends at large wetlands called Medmerry run by the RSPB. It is a quiet area that boasts many miles of unspoilt beaches along with being famous for its fossils.

If you are arriving on a Sunday when the office is closed, please arrange a time so we can open up the office for you or set up a Key Safe.
If you are departing on a Wednesday or Sunday, when the office is closed, please place your keys etc in the post box to the right of the office by 10:30am; if possible please then text us on 07368 437 802
If arrival times become difficult then let us know and we may be able to make other arrangements.
Key collection is from our office in Bracklesham between 4 and 5pm (no earlier arrival possible)
If you have arranged a key safe there is a dark grey box to the right of our office in Bracklesham. Inside you will find a pouch for your property use this to identify the colour of the key safe The combination for the safe will be the last 4 digits of your booking reference [#??-??] Please take key, card and pouch with you. Please close up key safe and change combination to lock and close the box. Be aware there maybe more than just your pouch so please take the correct one. Please ensure Security Deposit has been paid beforehand otherwise we cannot leave a key.
