The secondary loft bedroom is accessed by a ladder, offering extra privacy for those comfortable with its design. Please note, that this condo is reached by climbing approximately 100 steps from the parking lot, making it unsuitable for those with mobility issues. However, the climb is well worth it for the unobstructed views, privacy, and serene atmosphere you receive when you get there!

* Two fire logs provided. Additional logs may be purchased through HWV
* No Air Conditioning; we supply one fan per bedroom
* Guests must be 25 years of age to make a reservation and must provide ID at check-in unless prior approval has been given

There will be a fine of up to $500 for any non-approved pets or evidence of pets found in the units
Prior to check-in, guests will be required to provide a credit card plus photo identification for a pre-authorization of $1000.
