This bright and refreshing home is in the middle of it all. It is new to the rental market and features new furnishings for your comfort and convenience. You will find everything you need to prepare your meals at home including a large patio where you can spend a lazy afternoon grilling under the palm trees. Or enjoy an appetizer in the sun-room before a dinner out. Additional you have a golf cart with full enclosure, WiFi and large screen TVs to help with your ease and enjoyment.
The home is conveniently located between Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock, just off Beuna Vista Blvd. Also close by is shopping at Pinellas Plaza and Trailwinds Village and health services at the Pinellas Care Center.
In the Village of Liberty Park, within just a few blocks you will find two pools (one family pool) along with tennis and pickle-ball courts, boccie, shuffleboard, horseshoes and billiard tables at the Liberty Park and Allamanda Villages Recreation Centers. And of course plenty of golf. Just around the corner are two 27 hole championship courses at Cane Garden and Havana Country Clubs and four of the best executive courses.
