One of the last "ma & pa" left on Clearwater Beach. Great location, walking distance to everything. Small, cozy beach apartment. Older furnishing but very comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped with supplies and full sized appliances, easy to prepare meals in with a large kitchen table. large shower bathroom. Living room is a separate space from the bedrooms. There is a nice outdoor sitting area with a great view of the water and the private fishing dock.

Summary: Everyone who stayed for this trip was over 30, and it was great for our needs. Place stays cool with the window units. Shower is spacious and the water warms quickly. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was very well stocked! Surrounding area is very quiet and everyone is respectful. Hosts are very responsive. Would recommend!
