This is a two bedroom apartment walking distance to Ocean Park, Condado Beach, and Calle Loiza. It has two bedroom with queen beds, one full bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.
Walking to Condado beach is about 10 min and 3 min to calle Loiza. Parking would be around the premises as a first come, first serve basis, No assigned parking spot. It could be hard to find a spot sometimes, but not impossible.
Calle Loiza and surrounding areas is a very lively neighborhood. There’s a lot of places to enjoy nightlife. The property is literally 3 minutes walk to the area and 10 min walk to the beach.
Most likely you will see people walking around at night to enjoy their time on PR! You might listen to cars, people talking, singing, and having fun.
The building have 8 units, some are long term rentals, some are short term rentals. Please be respectful of other tenants, thats their home.
