The Loft's two bedrooms are on either side of the living area and feature 1 queen size bed and 1 king size bed, each with en-suite bathrooms. The outdoor deck is the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine and take in seasonal glimpses of Newport Harbor and the ocean air.
This condo is steps away from great restaurants on Lower Thames Street and Newport Harbor. It is conveniently located to all area attractions. Parking for two cars is included.
Please note - exterior stairs are required to access the Loft. Seasonal glimpses of Newport Harbor occur in the late fall and winter.
The lofted area is perched above an open concept kitchen and living room. The two bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the living room for optimal privacy. There is also a private deck with partial views of Newport Harbor. The deck has a pub height table with seating for 4.

Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize.
