Each villa is totally independent with separate entrances, they are both nestled in a mature tropical garden with breathtaking sea views in a splendid setting of a private tropical garden, overlooking the famous West Bay Beach with all its amenities such as the best restaurants, beach bars, dive shops, gourmet and coffee shops, souvenirs, DVD and scooters rentals, pharmacies, etc. The villas share the spacious outdoor areas, the panoramic pool, the outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill and the Palapas/Gazebos. They offer incomparable Caribbean sea views of the North and South Shore of West Bay.
VILLAS DESCANSO is the most beautiful property in Lighthouse Estates West Bay, and is the perfect choice for its vicinity to the best white sandy beach, for its privacy, for its spacious and comfortable interiors and for the panoramic pool and decks in a lush tropical garden.
DESCRIPTION:
BELVEDERE, recently entirely remodeled, has two large bedrooms (2) on the upper floor (one master king with en suite bathroom, one guest queen with a second bathroom).
On the main floor, the spacious living room offers a large sectional sofa (serves also as a queen size sofa bed), a large dining room (for 10), a great modern and very well equipped kitchen and a half bath. Belvedere has its own private and fully furnished terraces, deck and sundecks.
CASANUEVA consists of two levels:
The main pool level has three (3) very comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms (two master king with en suite bathroom, one guest room with one queen and one twin/single bed).
The spacious living room offers sofas, large dining room (for 6) and a great modern kitchen with granite counter-top.
The Garden level (2 separate bedrooms & bathrooms) each with private entrance:
1) Ixora Studio with queen bed and kitchenette, en-suite bathroom.
2) Allamada studio with Queen bed and en-suite bathroom.
The garden rooms share the panoramic deck with sea view. The deck is furnished with fine wooden furniture for outdoor living and dining.
