New 2 bedroom 1 bath Guest Suite located in Poipu Beach Estates and shares an oversized lot. A traditional Farmhouse design with all the modern conveniences and casual elegance.
Well appointed with designer fixtures and furnishings. Farmhouse Style, wood floors, ceiling fans throughout, quartz countertops, bathroom with subway tile and marble floors, private lanai. Enjoy access to the Popiu Beach Athletic Club.
This guest suite is attached to the main house and has a separate entrance. There is also a detached cottage on the property that are vacation rentals. There is a kitchenette that has full-size fridge, microwave and hot plate. There is a BBQ on the lanai. There is access to laundry in the garage that is shared with the main house. You get access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club that is 1 mile away that has a pool, gym, bar and grill and other amenities.
There one security camera inside the garage and one outside the garage facing the driveway for general security purposes.
