With convenient access to public transportation and limited free parking, you can get around the city with ease. If you're visiting the nearby universities, it's only a mile from Tufts, 2.5 miles to Harvard and 3 miles to MIT.
This beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bath ground floor condo can sleep 6 and was designed to be a relaxing and convenient place to call home after busy days exploring Boston. You can hop on public transportation to get around the city, enjoy Somerville's restaurants, cafe and shopping scene, including bustling Davis Square and trendy Union Square or visit nearby universities from our condo as your home base. There are 2 designated driveway parking spots and we have 1 street parking pass for your use.
We also offer this unit in conjunction with our 2 bedroom unit, if you want more space to spread out!
This is our primary residence and the downstairs bedroom is ours when we are there.
We're happy to help with suggestions, but we will never be overbearing.
You have full and private access to the condo, with the exception of one locked bedroom, as this unit is my primary residence. There are two other rental units in this building, but your condo has a private entrance with no shared space.
An Uber or Lyft to the city is cheap and super quick (10-15 minutes depending on Boston traffic, of course). We are close to public transportation, which is also a quick ride into the city.
Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend's home and we will do our best to make you feel like you're a friend staying with us!
We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.
While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.

You are staying in Unit 1 - the unit closest to the street. There is a second entrance up the backstairs, but we ask that you only use the one closest to the street to reduce confusion. There is a red/pink wreath on the door so you know this is your unit (our other units have yellow and green wreaths to designate them.)
When you check out if you could just turn the air/heat off (unless it's really cold then it's fine to leave them on 65 or really hot please leave on 75), load and run the dishwasher (tabs are under the kitchen sink), and put all trash and recycling in the driveway bins - we'll handle the rest! Please shoot me a note when you are all checked out.
