3 Bedroom House in Bridgeport

Charming, spacious, and clean 3 Bedroom 1.5 bath apartment with outdoor patio, fenced in yard, grill and firepit! Minutes from I-79, downtown Bridgeport, FBI Headquarters, and Airport. The 2 Queen Bedrooms both include flat screen televisions with cable, Netflix, Amazon Prime. The back deck is perfect for grilling and relaxing.
This is a fully furnished 1200 square foot apartment with private self check-in entrance.
Large projector tv screen in living room and 2 Bedrooms with flat screens. They include wifi and Amazon Firesticks available with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc on every TV. There is no cable tv provided.
Full size kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all utensils, etc.
This space is on the second floor and accessed via 6 stairs.
The first bedroom includes a queen size bed with a dresser, closet and flat screen TV. It also has an attached half bathroom.
The second bedroom includes a queen size bed with a dresser, closet and flat screen television. It also includes a flat screen TV.
The third bedroom includes 1 full size bed and 1 bunk bed with 2 twin size top bed and 1 full size bottom bed with a closet.
The full bathroom is located just outside the bedrooms and includes a shower and a Jacuzzi bath tub.
The living room includes 1 pull out queen size sofa and loveseat. It includes a projector tv with a remote controlled automatic screen.
The outdoor areas include an upstairs deck with a gas grill, gazebo, and wicker furniture set for relaxing. Down stairs is an additional deck with a gazebo, gas fire pit, private spa hot tub, and a fully fenced in yard for you or your pet to enjoy.
REQUIRED:
-There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the house. Guests will be charged an additional $100 cleaning fee if any smoking occurs.
-Please be sure to list the correct number of guests staying so our cleaner knows how many rooms to clean. Any additional guests left off will be billed for each extra guest they do not include.

Summary: My son had a baseball tournament this weekend but there were 5 of us so we chose to look for a house instead of hotel room....im glad I came across this place. Unfortunately we didn't have a lot of time but between tournament days we were able to enjoy the hot tub. The house was clean, everything you would need is provided for you and there was plenty of space for all 5 of us to have our own space.
