The villa has got 800mq of terraced land, and is connected to the swimming pool by a 5 minuted walk down hill. You have two entrances, the closes to the pool is only 6km away from the beach. Nearby village is within walking distance and there you'll find little shops, bar and restaurant.
House located in a hilly area a few minutes drive from the sea, and a few minutes walk from the neighboring village, surrounded by greenery with a splendid view of the valley, the sea and the Aghinolfi Castle.
800sqm of vertical terrain, the house is built on 3 levels, each floor has a bedroom and a bathroom.
Two entrances, one from the highest point, convenient to reach the house more easily, equipped with a cableway to carry suitcases and shopping, another entrance from the lowest point, near the village, where you will find parking space for two cars, the swimming pool with diving board, gazebo, shower and a shed with bathroom and a mini fridge to keep your drinks cool.
A path joins the house from the pool, which can also be used in the evening thanks to the zone remote control lighting.
