This wonderful holiday home with pool is an invitation to all nature lovers. It is located away from the crowds, on a fenced plot of approx. 2000 m². The interior is spread over two floors and from the living room you can access the covered terrace and pool area, where you can relax with your favourite book on the sun loungers. There is of course a barbecue and a multifunctional games table for a total of 15 games that will delight young and old alike. Below the pool area there is a large and flat green area.
Entertainment and leisure facilities can be found in the towns of Crikvenica and Rijeka, which can be reached by car. Nature lovers can discover the unspoilt countryside and forests in the Gorski Kotar region, Risnjak National Park and Uka Nature Park. The house is located on the local road, but faces the green area, so your comfort will not be compromised. There are two additional parking spaces on the owner's property 30 metres away.
