Welcome to beautiful Sävsjövik, located near Svaneholm, Kinna, Viskafors and Borås. Here you live only 250 meters from Lake Sävsjön, where you can easily take both morning and evening dips. Sit and enjoy the tranquility down by the beach and let the children play. If you have your own canoe, there are many nice lakes nearby where you can paddle to discover the beautiful nature and quiet environment. The cottage is located in a smaller cottage area with a partly hilly garden and with the forest right behind the knot. The forest lot behind the house has recently been sold. A house will be built there and they will eventually start building 2023 already. Small veranda under roof and terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. The entrance leads into an open plan between the kitchen, hall and living room. There is a separate bedroom on the lower level with a single bed that is 120x200 cm. The living room gives a spacious feeling as it is open and high up to the ridge. Here there is a warming wood stove to enjoy in front of in the evening when the day comes. Sofa with divan that can easily be folded out to sleep for two - 140x200 cm. From the living room you can see up to the cabin's sleeping loft and here there is a double bed 160x200 cm. There is plenty of floor space here, but the ceiling is low. The children love to lie down and snuggle here when the parents sit on the lower level. The loft is accessed via a narrower ladder from the kitchen. Next to the living room is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The railway below the cottage is not loaded with fast-moving trains, the trains run slowly and do not make noise. Above the hill, only a few minutes' walk away, is a fine sandy beach for pleasant days at the beach. There are hard-to-catch fish in the lake - a fishing license is required. Storsjön, about 2.5 km from Viskafors, has a nice swimming area. Boats can be rented at Storsjön and the fishing is better than in Sävsjön - fishing license required. Here you can walk, cycle, pick seasonal berries and mushrooms. Or visit Borås where there is both a zoo, a water park and many other activities.
