In the small town of Skeppsgården right by the sea strip in the Misterhult archipelago, this small house is located on a hill with a fantastic view from the house's glazed veranda that faces the sea below. The house is in two parts that you can walk between, a glazed conservatory where there is a sofa bed if you want to sleep out there, in the other part it is a single room that houses a kitchenette, dining area, a bed with pull-out area so it becomes a double bed, and a bunk bed and a bathroom, here is a toilet and sink. The shower is in the house next door which is the owner's summer house, with its own entrance from the bottom there is a large nice bathroom with shower, sink and toilet with bidet and this room is only for the guest. The house is high with a view of the sea and nature around, along one house wall on the other side of the owner's house there is a terrace where you can sit and enjoy, and in front of the house under the glazed conservatory there is a ledge for a table with chairs to the sea. Below the house there is a jetty with a bathing staircase where you can go down and take both a morning dip and an evening dip, if you want to spend the whole day there is a grass area to lie and sunbathe on and chairs if you want to sit. A short distance away is a bridge which is a popular gathering place in the summer for those who fish for herring - fishing is free. Next to Skeppsgården is a nature reserve called Åsvikelandet, here you can experience the unique archipelago nature, a rich bird life and hiking trails with sea views. It is about 30 km to the beautiful archipelago town of Västervik, here are several archipelago boats that you can take with you to different archipelago islands, where the boat also goes to Gotland if you want to take a day trip or stay there one night and go back the next day Welcome to a little paradise
