Positive: The property was absolutely gorgeous, beautiful backyard right on the lake.
Negative: The cleanliness! When we first arrived, we arrived to the lid of an overfilled garbage barrel had been popped open and garbage all over the ground, called and someone 24 hours later came and cleaned it up. Walked into a beautiful kitchen and then proceeded to put some things on the countertop not realizing there was mouse poison bait traps sitting right there. Put those where they belong which were in the corners of the house. Went to take a shower and realized it had never been cleaned it still had a used shampoo bottle most likely from the previous occupant. Dropped something on the floor in the loft bedroom and realized there was an inch of dust under the bed and bureau!
