This spacious modern home boasts over 2,000 square feet of open living space with high end finishes PLUS a fully air-conditioned 600 square foot garage converted into a rec room. There are no stairs, making it ideal for families.

SALTWATER pool surrounded by large travertine stone pool deck, HUGE backyard with privacy fence, and covered patio. Saltwater pools avoid chemicals that can leave hair and skin dried out, but with the feel of softened water rather than ocean water. It's the best of both worlds! This large pool and lounge area with patio furnishings are perfect for enjoying time on your Florida vacation in the sun, making memories with family and friends. Pool can be heated for $25/day or $100/week.

The three car garage has been converted into a huge open rec room. This air conditioned/heated room includes a high end foosball table, arcade-quality air hockey table, couch, barstools, smart TV, wet bar, and a queen size fold-out Murphy bed!

In addition to the rec room, this home has two comfortable living room spaces. Both spaces include smart TVs with plenty of seating room for guests.

Your gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, high quality dishes, glasses, pots, pans, knives and everything you’ll ever need: oven, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and microwave. If you don't feel like eating a meal on the covered patio overlooking the pool and yard, there is a full dining room plus bar stool countertop seating.

We want everyone to enjoy their experience at our property, but also want to highlight we DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES. Anyone breaking this rule will be evicted immediately without refund and are subject to a $500 eviction fee. This includes playing loud or vulgar music outside, any drug use on the property (even with a medical card - please do it elsewhere), and any excess cars or guests. We allow 4 cars maximum and no street or yard parking. Please keep noise at a reasonable level during the day. Quiet time is 10pm. No indoor smoking including in the garage. Everyone in the booking must be 28+ unless accompanied by a parent. 8 adults maximum. We are located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood and care about our neighbors.
