At the heart of the Mont des Oiseaux, this villa of 200m2 quiet and without any opposite welcomes you in a privileged setting.
Its garden of 1900 m2 in terraces is composed of palm trees and Mediterranean essences.
The beautiful beach of Almanarre, famous for its spot of kite surfing and sailing, is located just down Mt des Oiseaux. It is accessible in 3 min (20 min walk).
The house on several semi levels is composed of a spacious living room, a dining room with table for up to 12 seats, a bright fully equipped kitchen directly overlooking the outdoor dining area.
The house has 4 bedrooms, including 3 bedrooms with bed 160, and a room with bunk beds for children or teens (a third mattress can be installed on request). All rooms have sea view. The house has 3 bathrooms and 4 toilets. A gym and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Summary: We had an excellent stay at this house. Owner is also very nice and customer focused. The view on the sea is nice and the pool is also very well postioned. House is located close to the beach, airport and supermarket.
