The main cottage features a spacious kitchen and dining room ideal for large gatherings, a great room with a TV and wood-burning fireplace, as well as a TV/games room. The real show-stopper though is the outdoor covered Muskoka Room off the dining room with a wood-burning fireplace and an automatic switch that drops a screen, concealing the space for buggy nights. Walkout from the main cottage to the stone patio with several Muskoka chairs, an ideal spot for a morning coffee. It is an easy walk from the main cottage to the 2 bedroom guest cottage with a living room with TV and fireplace, kitchenette with fridge and micro sink. At the boathouse dock, there is 5 Muskoka chairs at the end of the dock, as well as a sectional and outdoor dining area for 6 in a covered area with satellite TV on the opposite side of the boathouse. Walk into another living area in the boathouse with a sectional, TV and kitchenette - an awesome place for waiting out the rain or fixing a quick snack while enjoying a day at the dock. There is also a sandy beach awesome for children or those who prefer a sandy walk-in, but also deeper swimming at the end of the dock. Also included on the property is a firepit on the water's edge. Tennis enthusiasts will enjoy the brand new tennis court!
