A lakás szépen felújított házban helyezkedik el. Modern üveglift biztosítja a kényelmes közlekedést az emeletre. A világos, ízlésesen berendezett, teljesen felszerelt modern lakás a minőségi felújítás során igényes, modern bútorokkal, korszerű, gépesített konyhával (mosogatógép, hűtőszekrény, kerámia főzőlap, sütő, mikrohullámú sütő), design fürdőszobai szaniterekkel (mosógép a fürdőszobában van) lett ellátva.
