GETTING AROUND

Traveling to and from Sagnino is also possible by public transport, with a nearby bus stop that conveniently connects to the center of Como. Bus tickets can be purchased directly on board (cash only) or at the main bus station in Como. Please note that bus services are not very frequent, and the service ends around 8 PM. Taxi services are also available but may not always be easily found in the area.
From Como, it is easy to travel by train to Milan and Switzerland (Lugano, Bellinzona, Locarno). There are also public ferries that reach other lakeside locations from the pier in Como city center. Note that long lines for ticket purchases may occur, but tickets can also be purchased online on the Navigazione Laghi website.
