A $350 Refundable Security Deposit applies at the Host discretion per Reservation and also for Bookers with No Reviews. Bookers with a history of positive reviews are exempt from the deposit.
~ NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE ~
This is a non-smoking house, so we kindly ask all our guests to refrain from smoking inside. To keep the environment completely smoke-free, we have implemented a $500 fine for everyone who smokes inside.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for unforeseen events beyond our control. To protect your travel plans, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which can provide coverage in case of unexpected disruptions.
