Situated in one of the top prestigious gated and secured urbanisations of the Costa del Sol this villa is one of the rare finds: there are not many of the kind and very few being rented short term in this urbanisation.
Our villa is set on the large plot with a mature tropical garden. There is a large outdoor terrace around the swimming pool where you can have a classic pool party or another type of event. There is a direct entrance from the terrace to the ceremonial dining room easily sitting 20+ guests. The room will remind you about knights celebrating victory in an ancient castle. Smaller dinners guest can have at another dining set either in the living room or or at the terrace. There is kitchen on the same level and in case you have a private chef to cook for you onsite, its a short walk to deliver freshly made food to the ceremonial room or to the pool terrace.
After party: Guests are welcomed to relax and have drinks or a party in the perfectly equipped with soft sofas modern style bar room on the lower level of the villa.
Incredible 360 panoramic views to the Mediterranean Coast, Marbella, Gibraltar and African Coast will top up the picture. Let alone the fact that thanks to its orientation towards natural reserve part, the villa is very private.
Pool can be heated upon request.
The villa itself is around 750 sq m built in three and a half levels and is distributed like this:
First floor:
Large living room with a dining set and sofas in front of a fully functional fireplace. There is direct access to the terrace from the living room where you find another outdoor dining set, leisure furniture, sun beds, large swimming pool. The area id big enough to enjoy the pool party for up to 20-30 people. There are terrific views from the terrace to Marbella, Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and African Coast and gorgeous mountains around.
These picturesque views will not leave anyone untouched!
There is also a fully equipped kitchen so despite the size of the villa there is short way to serve food for many guests inside or outside.
