Enjoy a 3-car garage, a vast grassy backyard with a pool and spa, a playhouse for kids, smart TVs, and the convenience of being near the Las Vegas Strip and the airport. This fully fenced, secure, and pristine property is an incredible steal at under $1499.
You will have access to the entire property, everything is private, nothing is shared. We don’t provide propane for the fire pit or the grill, you’ll have to get the tanks refilled yourself at any gas station or Home Depot.
Pool and spa can be heated for a small charge.
No street or driveway parking allowed, all cars have to be parked inside the garage.

Summary: Our group of 14 really appreciated the well planned layout of this property. There was plenty of room inside and out for us to spread out, or hang together. We especially loved the living area with all the seating, and the wonderful kitchen area with the huge kitchen table.
