Nolay is a pretty little medieval village located in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune.
Located on a quiet side street, you will stay in a two-story village house, completely renovated by Damien and pleasantly decorated.
On the ground floor, a large, bright 50 m² living room with all mod cons, including a flat-screen TV. An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen. An adjoining pantry with a washing machine and a separate toilet.
Access to the upper floor is via a beautiful, contemporary staircase, unsecured on one side. A child safety gate is at the top of the stairs. A hallway leads to a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and three bedrooms.
One bedroom can accommodate three people with a double bed (140x200) and a single bed (90x200). A second bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90x200), and a third with a double bed (140x200). Small, private, enclosed courtyard at the back of the house with a terrace, furniture, and a barbecue.
Beds made upon arrival, linens, heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
Bathroom linen rental: €5/person.
Pets allowed: mandatory cleaning fee of €30.
