You'll love to stay in this modern two-bedroom and two-bathroom apartment with the spacious 12 m2 balcony, shared terrace and the sea view in a small quiet village Sucuraj on island Hvar.
It's located on the 1st floor of a private house.
Pebble and sandy beach is just 4 min walking from the apartment.
Balcony has a table and chairs so you can enjoy your breakfast or diner with a view to the sea and the mainland.
Living room has a large 47” LED TV with satellite channels and air condition unit.
Each bedroom has one comfortable double bed and living room has one cozy sofa for two people.
Kitchen is equipped with electric stoves, kettle and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.
You can also use outside fireplace in the yard of the house.
Each bathroom has a shower and hair dryer. We provide you iron and ironing board too.
Apartment doesn’t have a washing machine, but you can use owners one for free once a week.
You also get a parking spot in the yard of the house, Wi-Fi high-speed internet, clean linen and towels, all free of charge.
Baby cot can also be arranged free of charge, please contact in advance.

Smoking in the apartment is not allowed, but you can smoke on the balcony and shared terrace.
Some pets are allowed, please contact in advance.
We expect normal house behavior - watch not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Check in time is 2 pm (14:00), check out 10:00 am, flexible if possible.
**** Guest access:
You will have exclusive access to the apartment and its balcony.
Outside fireplace in the yard of the house and a terrace are shared with guests of our other two apartments.
You will get a free parking spot in the yard of the house.
**** The Neighbourhood:
Sucuraj is a small picturesque tourist and fishermen's town. Located on the East cape of the island of Hvar it’s surrounded by the sea on three sides and is closest town of island Hvar to the mainland.
The town evolved around a deep and narrow bay in which the port lies. The architecture is typical Dalmatian with stone houses and narrow streets. The place gets its charm from the combination of blue seas of the Hvar and Neretva channel as well as the view of the Biokovo Mountain, Peljesac peninsula and the islands of Brac and Korcula.
The town has a post office, infirmary with the heliport for emergencies, local Port authority office, souvenirs shops, grocery shops, restaurants, bars, a hairdresser salon, exchange office, ATM and tourist info office.
Thanks to a climate with a large number of sunny hours, beautiful nature and crystal clear sea, Sucuraj is an attractive tourist destination.
Sucuraj's coastline expands on both the north and the south side of the island of Hvar, which is a great advantage. If the south wind blows, there is calm sea on the north side and vice versa, so the pleasure is guaranteed no matter the conditions.
Those who wish to spent a day swimming and sunbathing will find it very pleasant here, because there are more than 25 km of shore with picturesque sand, pebble or stone beaches and bays.
Some of them have public beaches, but in most of them you can enjoy the wilderness of untouched nature. You can spend your day on the beach near the town centre or find a hidden corner just for yourself.
With the exception of the harbor, swimming is possible everywhere in the area in or near Sucuraj.

You are just 2-3 min walking to the center of Sucuraj and supermarket, bakery, restaurants, caffee bars, pizzerias etc.
Ferry port is just 5 min walking from the apartment.
