Summary: the room and reception were great just a general complaint about the design of the lifts, who in their right minds decided that the parking requires you to change lifts to get to reception or rooms, i find this bizarre as the lifts go to the parking floor but its staff only, NO common sense in this, and why don't you try configure so that its user friendly, as we pay for the services
