Positive: Great location (very close to the subway and Av de la Reforma), nice places to eat and drink nearby. The apartment is quite spacious and the view is really amazing (though somewhat obscured by another tower).
Negative: - the floor was a bit too dirty, - you can't leave the windows open when you're out and there is no A/C, so if you come back after a few hours, the air is stuffy and a little smelly, - the whole neighbourhood usually has a lot of traffic (and many mass events) so you have to take this into account when using a taxi/uber.
Summary: Really solid apartment for a reasonable price
