Sleeping 8, there are 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 additional bedrooms in the 2nd floor detached apartment. After a glorious day at the beach, cool off in the lovely outdoor shower and then unwind on the fabulous screened porches: relax, read, play cards and games or . . . enjoy coffee, cocktails and dining on one of the TWO spacious screened porches. Dining in? The home offers a charcoal BBQ grill and fully equipped kitchen for the chefs in the group. Dining out or hitting the boardwalk for games or rides? No worries... keep the car in the driveway and enjoy a short stroll on the boardwalk into the downtown area. Rehoboth Beach is well known for its fabulous boutiques and the wonderful selection of both delicious casual fare and outstanding gourmet restaurants. Other fabulous features include an "office" if anyone needs to keep in touch with colleagues, washer/dryer, a fabulous outdoor shower, a yard for the kids to play and plenty of off-street parking in the driveway. Bonus: the owner graciously provides 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits too! Feeling adventurous? Rent or bring your bike and hop the scenic Gordons Pond Bike Trail in adjacent North Shores and you'll be in Historic Lewes in no time. Definitely worth a day visit to the "First Town in the First State". No Pets or Smoking Please.
