Nestled in the peaceful College Hills Neighborhood, this home is close to anything you need. Great central location with nearby restaurants and stores less than 1 mile away off Texas Avenue and University Drive. Very easy access to Highway 6.
You are a 10 minute walk to restaurants off of University Drive. Located in a quiet neighborhood, yet near Texas Ave. and University Ave. Thomas Park is a 15 minute walk. There are wide sidewalks to enjoy a stroll in the neighborhood.
The home sleeps up to 11. There is a full kitchen, large open living space, and dining room table that seats 10. An additional breakfast table can seat up to 6. The backyard has a patio, Weber propane grill, RecTeq smoker, and a trampoline, tree house, and zipline for kids
The home is stocked with whatever you need to make your stay as easy as possible: cooking supplies and appliances, spices, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner/soaps, towels, etc. Just come and relax!
