Master Suite is a huge (private) upstairs loft with floor to ceiling, fully glassed-in room!! Making your sunrise/sunset views even more beautiful! Home is fully appointed and stocked with kitchen appliances, gourmet kitchen hardware, gadgets, grilling needs, most daily amenities, linens, towels, beach towels, and more!!
Full remodel of the main home; new flooring, white kitchen cabinets, quartz waterfall countertops, new stainless-steel appliances, new tile in bathrooms. New heated tile flooring in basement! Huge paver patio from walkout basement, leading to the brand new 15' x 8' and over 5-foot-deep swim spa, with beautiful deck surrounding; to either sun yourself or watch the lake and freighters go by!
New, 900sq.ft. extension of balcony coming off the living room and is brandished with glass railing all the way around; making sure NONE of your lake views are disturbed! New furniture throughout entire house! Washer/dryer also available for use in the home and in the Carriage house.
Room Configurations:
Main House
Main Level consists of of two bed rooms. One is directly next to the bathroom containing a queen size bed. The next bed room is across the hall. It contains a bunk bed with a full size bed at the bottom as well as two twin size beds stacked above.
Upstairs level contains the master suite containing a king size bed over looking lake huron as well as a full bathroom.
Walkout level contains a bed room right at the bottom of the stairs containing a queen size bed. There is also another bunk room in the walkout basement containing a bunk bed and a twin. The bunk bed has a full size bed on the bottom and a twin size on the top.
Carriage House
The upstairs of the carriage house contains a king size bed as well as a queen size bed.
In addition to the main house, there is a Carriage House on the property!!
Carriage house has a fully furnished loft upstairs, featuring a king size bed, bathroom with standup shower, cabinets in kitchen, washer/dryer, and will also be fully stocked with needed amenities! Full game room downstairs of loft with large bar area; for the best entertaining! Kayaks and Paddle boards are provided. With TWO houses on ONE property, this will be the perfect location for large families and friends to come enjoy their vacation together, all in the same spot!!
