Positive: Everything was great. Place is nicely taken care of and very comfortable. The hot water works very well. Location is great, view is amazing. Internet works fast.
Negative: You will see about 5-10 cockroaches everyday. But that’s more of the apartment buildings fault not the renter.
Summary: Very good.
