1 reserved parking spot on-site. Property contains a combination of 5 campers & tiny houses. Convenient location near Topanga town. There is street noise during the day but very quiet at night.

Guests have full and private use of their own camper and yard. 1 parking spot is reserved on-site. If needed, additional cars can park easily on the street for free.
Please note there are 5 separate campers and tiny houses, with a mixture of long-term and short-term tenants. Please respect the private yard of each house. Quiet hours from 10pm-8am.
Bathroom of the camper has a curtain in addition to decorative double-doors, but not a traditional locking door.
