Energy efficient house with , large screen internet TV, gas fireplace in the family room. Deck with gas grill. Open floor plan with modern kitchen that has gas appliances, dishwasher, extra large fridge, granite counters, and bar top with stools. Large bedrooms, pool table in the basement rec room with wet bar and undercounter fridge. Great for entertaining.
