Enter the home into the foyer with stairs that lead to the open living area. The living room has seating for four to take in the views, as you turn to the right and you find Bedroom 1: a queen size bed with ocean views. Head out of bedroom 1 and back into through the living room you enter into the dining room with seating for eight. It is all about the water views of Cape Cod Bay throughout this home.
Around the corner is the hallway that leads to the gourmet kitchen. For our food lovers, this kitchen will have everything you need to cook up a meal. There is an additional dining area with seating for eight, guests can enjoy their meals while still chatting with the chef of the group. The first floor also offers a full bathroom, Bathroom 1: with a shower/tub combo.
As you continue up the stairs to the second floor you enter the media room where you will find an enormous Smart Television with a SONOS sound system and apple tv. Through the media room you will find Bedroom 2: with a queen bed and en suite Bathroom 2: with a shower stall. As you head back through the media room you enter Bedroom 3: primary bedroom with king bed and private balcony with unobstructed views of the bay. This bedroom also has an en suite Bathroom 3: primary bathroom with shower/tub combo.
On the third floor is Bedroom 4: with a queen bed and en suite bathroom with stall shower.
This property is equipped with many desirable amenities including new central air conditioning, wireless internet, 70 inch smart flat screen tv with apple television and 4 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms. This spacious home has a large deck with plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the water views. Have your morning coffee in the garden while gazing at Cape Cod Bay. Take a stroll on the grounds and watch the sunset over the bay.
Off the kitchen you will find the side door that takes you to the oversized deck. There you will find two comfortable seating areas and a large table with seating for six. The backyard is great for outdoor barbecuing with a view. The gardens that surround the deck have several seating areas where you can enjoy the spectacular views. The property has a contemplation garden perfect for those looking to reflect, read or rest.
Five houses down is the neighborhood beach path with approximately 50 stairs to the beautiful private beach. Enjoy morning walks along the beach or an afternoon dip in the Bay. Plymouth and all the wonderful restaurants and attractions are 15-20 minutes away.
Owner does live in RV on land next to home for the season. The land is separated from the home by trees and not easily visible from the house.
With all NEVR properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Our Guest Welcome Bag contains 2 rolls of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 2 trash bags, a sponge, and a starter amount of bar soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. A few locally sourced snacks are included as well (subject to change based marketplace availability).

DOG FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 2 dogs for $25 per night per dog. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
