Positive: - The room is well decorated and the furnishings are new (everything from IKEA, still with the stickers on :-) ). - The Wi-Fi is good. - Both the room and bathroom were clean. - It’s also pleasantly quiet at night.
Negative: - In my opinion, the price (€344 for 1 person 2 nights in October) is far too high for what’s provided. Hilton in Lisbon is cheaper. - There’s no air conditioning. - There’s no safe, even though the room description mentions one. - The bathroom did not include basic toiletries such as hand soap, shampoo, or shower gel, and there were no small towels at the sink or a bath mat. - There were also no supplies available for washing dishes. - The water pressure from the sink tap was very low, making it difficult to use for shaving. - The duvet was too warm for the season, and there was no lighter alternative. - For multi-night stays, the room is not serviced between nights. - The location itself is not particularly attractive, and the property is on a street without lighting at night. - Please note that the owner does not normally cooperate with Vicentina Transfers (for luggage transport along the Rota Vicentina / Fishermen’s Trail). That said, he was ultimately helpful, and we were able to arrange drop-off and pick-up of our luggage.
