One side of the first floor adjoins a house that is occupied throughout the year. Quiet location. The property is characterized by a very well maintained, equipped garden and a large fenced parking area. First floor (characteristic antique arched ceiling): Living/dining room with brick kitchen counter and access to the garden. 1st floor (access only by external stairs): 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, laundry room. 2nd floor: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. 3rd floor: living room/study with sofa bed and access to a small terrace with magnificent views, 1 bathroom with shower. Distances: The historic center of Assisi can be reached on foot along an ancient natural road or by car ( about 2 km), Perugia 23 km, Lake Trasimeno 40 km.
