This tastefully designed one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo offers outstanding ocean views and contemporary décor! The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, custom cabinetry, optimal storage space, stainless steel appliances, and a view!
You will find comfortable seating in the living room, including the Queen sleeper sofa, and an LCD flat-screen TV for relaxing after a fun outdoor day! The blackout curtains offer a late start to the early and bright mornings when needed. Take advantage of the free high-speed wireless internet, ceiling fans, and central AC throughout the condo.
The bedroom offers a Cal-King bed, and is lined with oversized windows that allow lots of natural light, but also feature blackout curtains, and has a small private lanai! The bathroom features a huge, tiled, walk-in shower, with a large, adjoined bathtub, and the separate vanities feature oversized mirrors and granite countertops that offer plenty of storage. The enclosed toilet room offers privacy and space from the shower and vanity area.
There is also a stackable washer and dryer which provides additional convenience and independence during your stay. Quam Properties provides basic amenities like bath towels. We also provide a starter kit of laundry detergent, dish pods, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and more!
The bedding is Cal King & Queen sofa sleeper. 1006 sq. ft.
