Positive: I like that the staff are very courteous, the manong gardeners will really great you and smile at you every morning and afternoon. It is also very clean resort. The securities will really also talk to you and very approachable, the staff in the restaurant and the lifeguards in the pool area were also very nice.
Negative: They will only give you one key card per room and There is no iron. And kettle is upon request which should have been in each room. Though the staff is very fast in providing it.
