Positive: I already knew the apartment block, I have friends with a 3-room apartment at the same level. It's a nice new building that is very well constructed, with quality materials. The studio has a large usable area and is equipped with (almost) everything you need, including a washing machine. I found it clean and the host was always available when needed.
Negative: The sofa extended as a bed is not very comfortable for an adult couple, but it is not uncomfortable for sleeping if you have a normal weight. The tenant can manage the problem of shower leakage in the bathroom and it is not the owner's fault, it is a general problem of the building with floor drainage. The only noticeable minus is the poor equipment in terms of cooking containers. No pan or grill, nothing but two small pots of 1-1.5 liters.
Summary: A very good option in terms of quality/price ratio, I will return there
