Welcome to Tranquility @ Hibiscus Gardens Resort - a beautiful RENOVATED APARTMENT situated in the acclaimed Balinese inspired Hibiscus Gardens Resort in the very heart of Port Douglas and only a short walk to the shops, restaurants, beach and marina - there is no need for a car! The ideal destination for a long or a short break. The Apartment is fully equipped for all your holiday needs. Children are welcome.
THE APARTMENT:
Tranquility @ Hibiscus Gardens Resort - Apartment 11 is ideally located in the Resort, overlooking one of the 2 pools and away from the road noise.
THE LOCATION:
The apartment is in a 'favoured' position withing the Resort, just steps away from the on-site office with its helpful staff to arrange your tour and other needs. 4-Mile Beach is an easy (and level) 3-4 minute walk and both the Marina and the centre of Port Douglas, with its many shops, restaurants, cafes and other attractions are a similar short walk. Most guests do not worry about a car, as everything is within walking distance.
ON SITE CAR PARKING:
Guests enjoy free on-site undercover parking, which is only steps away from the apartment. This means your car is always nearby.
ALL LINEN SUPPLIED:
Apartment 11 is fully prepared for your stay, with freshly laundered sheets and pillow cases, that we obtain from the local laundry service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and hygiene. We also provide each of our guests with bath towels, a beach towel, 1 face cloth and shampoo/conditioner/soap. Tea, coffee, sugar salt & pepper are also provided for your arrival.
COMPLIMENTARY CLEANS FOR STAYS OVER 8 NIGHTS:
Apartment 11 is not a serviced Apartment, so we do not make up the room for you, but if you are staying more than 8 nights, we provide a complimentary mid stay clean and change of linen & toiletries.
THE FACILITIES INSIDE THE APARTMENT:
From the private balcony, you enter the Apartment, with its well equipped kitchenette (with full size fridge and 2 burner hotplates), open lounge room with daybed for a 3rd guest (if needed) and TV, leading through to the separately partitioned bedroom, with its queen size bed and onto the bathroom beyond.

Free Wifi is provided throughout the Resort.
ACCESS:
The Apartment is on the 1st floor, up an easy flight of stairs. Access to the Apartment from the stair well is by a private locking gate, that leads onto the spacious balcony, the perfect place to eat, enjoy a drink or to simply relax, whilst enjoying an open outlook (including over one of the Resort's pools).
FACILITIES IN THE RESORT:
The facilities of Hibiscus Gardens Resort are available for the use of guests, including the 2 swimming pools and the ever popular on-site Spa. There is a shared laundry for guests, that operates on a user pay basis. During the high season, guests may with the approval of the on site manager, enjoy on-site breakfasts (at a charge).
ACCESS UPON ARRIVAL:
A key safe has been installed on the balcony door, allowing Guests to let themselves into the Apartment upon arrival. This gives Guests total flexibility as to their arrival time. And being a Port Douglas local, your host is only a few minutes away if assistance is needed.
The local bus operates out of Port Douglas for those guests who want to travel further afield.
